Easy Air Fryer Fish Bites
A lighter air fryer version of classic fried fish. The flavor comes from a garlicky corn flake crust paired with a spicy lime sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 Mahi Mahi fillets
- 1/2 cup corn flakes
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt, pepper, smoked paprika
- Lime zest
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Avocado spray
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp fresh cilantro

Mix sour cream, hot sauce, lime juice, lime zest, cilantro, and salt. Refrigerate.

Pat dry fish fillets and cut into 4 pieces each.

Season fish with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Blend corn flakes with garlic clove until crumb consistency.

Coat fish lightly with olive oil, then dredge in garlicky crumbs.
