Easy Grilled Shrimp + Lemon Herb Sauce

A quick dinner featuring shrimp seasoned with Latin spices and topped with a refreshing cilantro-parsley sauce brightened by lemon and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs large, clean and deveined wild shrimp
  • 1 tbsp Latin spice mix
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro and parsley, chopped
  • 2 roasted garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Latin spice mix (for sauce)
  • Pinch of crushed pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (for sauce)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

    Combine shrimp with olive oil, Latin spice mix, salt, and lemon zest in a bowl; coat thoroughly.

    Cook shrimp in a hot pan approximately 3 minutes per side until fully cooked.

    Blend chopped cilantro, parsley, roasted garlic cloves, Latin spice mix, crushed pepper, olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice together.
