Ingredients
- 2 lbs large, clean and deveined wild shrimp
- 1 tbsp Latin spice mix
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro and parsley, chopped
- 2 roasted garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp Latin spice mix (for sauce)
- Pinch of crushed pepper
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (for sauce)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon

Combine shrimp with olive oil, Latin spice mix, salt, and lemon zest in a bowl; coat thoroughly.

Cook shrimp in a hot pan approximately 3 minutes per side until fully cooked.

Blend chopped cilantro, parsley, roasted garlic cloves, Latin spice mix, crushed pepper, olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice together.
