The "ChocoDate" Bark
A spring-inspired no-bake treat featuring just five main ingredients. This guilt-free sweet combines dates, crunchy nuts, flaky coconut and dark chocolate.

Ingredients
- 12 dates
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pistachios)
- 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/3 cup quality dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Pinch of flaky salt
Instructions

Use parchment or wax paper as your base.

Cut dates in halves and arrange in a single layer.

Cover with another sheet and flatten using a rolling pin.

Add layers of nuts and coconut flakes.

Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave using 1-minute intervals.
